Stoneham Sees $1.15 Million Garden Road Sale Top a Steady August-September Market
Stoneham recorded 18 property deeds between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with sale prices posted so far for 11 of them, ranging from $416,000 to $1,150,000 and a median of $830,000. The period's top transaction was 15 Garden Rd, which sold for $1,150,000 on Sept. 1. Two sales each landed on Macarthur Road and Main Street, the latter both condominium units under $500,000. Seven of the 18 recorded transfers moved property into family trusts rather than to outside buyers, and none of those carries a posted price yet. With prices still pending on nearly forty percent of recorded deeds, the full picture of the period's market will sharpen as remaining figures reach the registry.
