Stoneham August Home Sales Range From $252,000 to $1.26 Million
Stoneham recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only six deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $252,000 to $1,260,000 with a median of $802,500. The top disclosed sale was 5 Concord Rd. at $1,260,000, sold by the Edward R. Masiello Revocable Trust to Louis and Elisa Petrella. Main Street saw the most activity, with three condo unit transfers. Twelve of the 20 recorded transfers involved matching grantor and grantee surnames, consistent with trust transfers rather than open-market sales. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers only a partial read on market tone this period.
