STONEHAM -- Two new-construction sales on Isola Lane dominated Stoneham's June property market, with a combined consideration of more than $3.3 million and both transactions originating from the same LLC seller in a three-day window.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Stoneham recorded 19 property transfers between June 12 and July 11, 2026. Sale prices were disclosed in 11 of those transactions, ranging from $400,000 to $1,710,409 and producing a median of $866,500. The remaining eight transfers carried no stated consideration; deed patterns in most of those cases are consistent with trust formations, estate conveyances, or intra-family transfers.
