Tenderheds Perform at Stoneham Chamber Summer Concert Despite Rain

STONEHAM — August 8, 2024 — Tenderheds play through rain at Stoneham Chamber of Commerce Summer Concert Series. The band, led by vocalist and guitarist Monk Dwayne and joined by Danny Roth on bass, Matt Heisler on drums, and special guest Jim Gambino on keys, performed soul, pop, classic rock, and Motown for a crowd sheltering under trees and in the beer garden on the Town Common. Chamber Summer Concert Series Chair Debbie Canelano of Canelano Creative recognized platinum sponsors Stoneham Bank, Stoneham Ford, Salem Five Bank, Aviva Trattoria, and Eastern Bank, and thanked Executive Director Megan Day and Associate Director Aaron Kennedy for event logistics. Raffle winners Elizabeth Raymond and Dolly Wilson each claimed Chamber gift certificates redeemable at more than 20 Stoneham locations. The series closes August 15 with Keir Burns and the Kettle Burners, who replace the Navy Band after that group's cancellation.
