Stoneham Home Sales Span $200 to $1.15 Million as Family Trust Transfers Dominate Deed Activity

Stoneham recorded 20 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with 13 disclosed sale prices ranging from $200 to $1.15 million and a median of $650,000. The month's top sale was 12 Landers Rd at $1,150,000, sold by Alberto and Gabriella Maitino to Iryna Biriuchenko and Mykola Novik. Main Street saw four separate condominium unit transfers. Six transfers appear to move property within family trusts, and five of those listed no disclosed price. With seven of 20 transfers lacking a sale price, the data shows a mix of open-market sales and family transfers rather than a clear read on buyer demand.
