Select Board transfers site plan review to Planning Board

Stoneham Select Board restructures land-use authority. The board voted unanimously to move site plan review from itself to the Planning Board, freeing the board to focus on strategy. The board also endorsed the 2026-2030 Housing Production Plan, approved a new golf course contract with Sterling Golf increasing the town's revenue share from 25 to 27 percent beyond $950,000 in annual gross revenue, extended Town Accountant Lauri Plourde's contract for three years, and licensed Stoneham TV to serve wine and beer at an April 18 fundraiser.
The board approved prior minutes 3-0-1, with Heidi Bilbo abstaining.
