Select Board approves two site plans, five alcohol licenses

Stoneham Select Board approves two site plans and five business licenses unanimously. The board voted to approve site plans for a five-unit residential development at 147 Franklin Street and a gym at 41 Elm Street, both represented by Attorney Charles Houghton. In liquor licensing, the board approved an on-premises license for KIIN Restaurant at 418 Main Street, three special one-day licenses for Zoo New England, and a farmers market wine license for Aaronap Cellars running through October 8.
The board also recommended favorable action on two Town Meeting warrant articles and made multiple committee appointments.
