Select Board appoints Conservation members, reclaims liquor authority

Stoneham Select Board votes 4-1 to appoint three people to Conservation Commission. The May 4 vote was the only contested decision of the evening, with Clerk Troy M. Lau voting against the appointments of Megan Day, Jessica Gerke, and Richard Jackson.

Chair Raymie Parker encouraged a fourth applicant, Niclole Imbergamo, to attend meetings and pursue future openings. The board unanimously voted to return Liquor Licensing Authority to the Select Board and approved two Special One Day Licenses for the David Eustace Celebration and Boys and Girls Club of Metro North events, each with Police Chief O'Connor authorization.
